Rupa Nath Cook is an entrepreneur with over two decades of experience working with growing and established businesses of all kinds - first, as a small business owner herself; then, advising companies in a legal capacity. She spent the initial years of her legal career as a litigator at mid-sized and boutique law firms, primarily representing businesses and institutional investors. Over the last several years, Rupa has provided general counsel services to dozens of companies, often in a day-to-day capacity. With her fundamental business knowledge, experience working in a variety of industries, and extensive commercial law and litigation experience, Rupa brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to her clients.

Erika is a graduate of Georgetown Law and previously worked on tech transactions and early-stage venture capital as an associate at Goodwin Procter. At NCL, she focuses on startups and AI companies. She was also a competitive figure skater earlier in her career.

Yajaira is a graduate of UC Berkeley with five years of paralegal experience and plans to attend law school soon. She is building toward that goal through her work at NCL where she primarily supports privacy and litigation matters. Outside the office, she spends time with her chill pug and decidedly un-chill goldendoodle.

Carmina spent 14 years running her own successful Italian restaurant, managing everything from finances to HR to daily operations.
